CHANNEL SALES MANAGER - BCN3D
BCN3D Technologies, based in Castelldefels (Barcelona), is looking for a Channel Sales Manager to join our team.
WHAT DO WE DO?
At BCN3D we design, manufacture and sell all over the world top-quality desktop-sized FFF 3D printers. We offer our customers a complete solution to their needs thanks to our products, worldly renowned by their versatility and reliable performance.
• Chanel Management of the whole distribution network of BCN3D.
• Management of the Key Account team, region (set-up, controlling, optimization).
• Developing long-term relationships with current distribution partners as well as the acquisition of new value-added dealers in the different countries.
• Achieving the channel sales goal for every territory.
• Analysis of the European market and looking for new business opportunities with distributors.
• Channel marketing plan management.
THE SKILL SET
• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, and minimum 5 years managing Distribution Channels.
• Have a feel for traders and their business needs.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Business Management education (Bachelor Degree, MBA or similar).
• A solid business development background in fast growth companies.
• Experience leading a Sales Team.
• The ability to build relationships quickly and effectively.
• Creative and solution-oriented.
• Ready to travel (worldwide) (up to 30% of your working time).
